There used to be a saying:

You can please some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time.

Then we invented the internet and now there’s always someone who’s unhappy about something somewhere.

If you get negative feedback ask yourself if it’s justified. Is whatever the person is unhappy about valid for what you are trying to achieve? Is there more than one person with the same feedback? If not then you can politely ignore them.
